I see the Galaxy Quest NSEA Protector out the Starboard viewport, Battlestsr Galactica out the Starboard Center viewport, a Stargate in the center, the Orville out the Port Center viewport, but I can't for the life of me identify the last one on the Port side....

Edit: Just noticed the TARDIS is below that unidentified ship in the Port viewport!

I really think it is. But Serenity is such a weird ship that the angle you see it from really matters. This isn’t a perfect match (too high) but I think it is a better comparison than your example and shows too much similarity to the original you posted:

I still don't see it... no matter how I angle Serenity, I don't get the thing sticking straight down on one side, but something narrower at an off angle on the other as seen in that viewport.
