In five games head to head this season, #CBJ have held a lead on Pittsburgh for all of 56 seconds. Pens have led or been tied for 299:04.
Ouch....
CBJ can't be in awe of the playoff vibe and give too much respect to the Pens. Pens are a very good team but don't make them better by defending against their potent offense for 60 min. Attack them and punch them in the mouth.
For me, the key is playing 5 vs 5 hockey. Of we are killing penalties we are losing badly. I think the cbj has the advantage in goal and at center(top to bottom overall, not necessarily best player). Let's hope for a packed house of CBJ fans.
Game 1: Pens come out smokin'. Pitt 5 CBJ 1
Game 2: CBJ win stunner in OT. CBJ 2 Pitt 1
Game 3: Pens roll. Pitt 4 CBJ 0
Game 4: CBJ late. CBJ 3 Pitt 2
Game 5: Pens exert their will. Pitt 5 CBJ 1
Game 6: Jackets counted out but rally to win. CBJ 3 Pitt 2
Game 7: ?
We finished tied with Philadelphia so we were 3 seconds away from playing New York. Shame.
Beating Pittsburgh in a seven game series would be my favorite sports memory, but all I ask for is a home win.
Also really worried about their fan presence in our arena. Those people are the worst.
*If the Flyers lose in regulation this afternoon.
Wonder what the split of PIT fans will be in Columbus since it was what 50-60% Pens in the reg season?
How is Columbus taking it? Is this a big deal and has it spread to Cincy and Cleveland? Is PIT hated locally?

This is so weird.
I like your name change
What's the team's game #6 ticket sales plan? Wouldn't it have been easier to make that one available on the first go round?
If there's a game six in Columbus, this city will be nuts over the CBJ.

It's the question everybody is curious to find out. I don't think there will be as many Pittsburgh residents traveling across state lines because in theory they were shut out of the ticket sales. If anything we'll really find out how many of the regular season turdburg fans were local turncoats vs. fans who made the road trip who probably couldn't afford to go to a game in Pittsburg.
Game 1 is on Wednesday.
