After tonight’s game… he may never move out of the Tavares house.

Crosby lived with Lemieux for a while and things worked out for them. Heck, sometimes I feel Knies is like a young Crosby when he has the puck along the boards.

Very happy for - and with - him. He only stands to benefit going forward for his experiences now in these playoffs.

A player with a big body, talent and some speed. Exactly the kind of player that the Leafs needed and its why anyone who suggested that Dubas should consider trading him away is INSANE and should give their heads a shake.

He kinda looks like a young Hyman, but with a few more moves and hopefully with just as much if not more offensive potential.

I remember seeing his name in trades for Tarasenko or Chychrun...people saying "you're just overhyping him, remember Gauthier" and it became clear that a lot of people have opinions that a very poorly informed.

He looked like he played an NHL game at the college level.

agreed.

Knies has actually lived up to all the hype and then some.

He’s a core piece of this team going forward on a cheap contract.

Power forwards with soft hands and playmaking ability are like unicorns.

Best 2nd round pick the leafs have made in decades.

Great instincts, NHL ready body, clearly a player who's going to have a long and successful career in the league.

Power forwards take a long time to develop, and he's only 20. His offensive upside is going to take a few years to really unlock, but the sky is the limit. What a player!!!
