Not even McDavid lead the tournament in points as a 16 year old. He did it at age 17 (his draft year). I think Bedard could do well but realistically he won't lead the scoring race in this tournament. Next year very good chance. No Wright, no Bedard, I'm sure both will be there. Bedard will start as the extra forward and lead the tournament in points by the end.
I know it was posted about yesterday, but I came across a tweet showing one of Peksa's 50 saves yesterday. Not to shabby. Enjoy!
Lol ya it was maybe a touch more aggressive than they likely teach ya, but in his defense he was able to track back into a good position to make the save quite quickly. Those guys were coming in hot, and he was still able to make the save on a a pretty solid forehand to backhand move. That is not an easy save to make when the guy cuts back across the middle. he pushes off in one direction when the pass comes across, and then pushes back in the opposite direction to make the save on the deke. That is one hell of an athletic save.Man coming out to the hashmarks on a 2-on-1...
Gutsy.
LA, STL and ANA too, given how they always seem to have prospects at the tourney (good ones too). Detroit has a possible 8 prospects to be there too.Carolina has been a very impressive organization the past few seasons.
Doing well with the NHL team while having lots of quality prospects.
honestly that should be expected for teams like ANA, LA, DET. They've been shit for a handful of years now and are in the process of accumulating picks. I think Carolina has done a great job drafting lately while still being very relevant.LA, STL and ANA too, given how they always seem to have prospects at the tourney (good ones too). Agreed. I would say Carolina is probably the best organization from top to bottom. Well built team and great prospect pool.Carolina has been a very impressive organization the past few seasons.

Knies and Koster with an assist each in the 1st period vs Minnesota.
Haha woops.Guessing this is why Ohio St. won??![]()
Can't believe there isn't more talk on Tverberg tbh. Like I doubt he even has a prospect thread, and wasn't even voted top 25 by us I believe. Watched his last game, and he was by far the best player on the ice.Miettinen has added an assist. 2 goals and 1 assist tonight.
Tverberg scored the only goal for his team in a 2-1 loss.
Koster and Knies finished with 1 assist each.

Is he playing the wing or C?I made his prospect thread last week. Guy has been absolute lights out.
