1. Sandin
2. Robertson
3. Amirov
4. Niemela
5. Liljegren
6. Abramov

Whatcha think? Liljegren probably higher on some lists but just wanted to see others lists 1-7 range or whatever.

Niemela and even Amirov being ahead of Liljegren is really questionable. The rest is fine
I personally have it.

Liljegren
Sandin
Robertson
Amirov
Abramov
Abruzzese

Any updates on Sandin?

I think people need to take readiness into consideration for prospect rankings. Liljegren playing in the AHL for 2 seasons with the type of upside he has makes him the #1 ranked prospect in our pool. He is definitely ahead of Niemela and Amirov. He's also still ahead of Sandin too.

I get that the shiny new toy is good and all but you guys are seriously underrating Liljegren and overrating the new guys.

I just don't understand how you can put in newly drafted player ahead of guys further along in their development. These guys aren't even McDavid or Marner level prospects where they can be ahead of older drafted prospects due to being more talented.

Kral/Koster

Only reason I have Sandin ahead of Lilly is because of offensive upside. Its nice to see that Lilly is finally getting the appreciation he deserves. Wonder what Hayes has to say about him now. Probably still doesn't have a clue.

We have a pretty good looking pool.

Might depend if you are talking ceiling or where they stand currently in outlook. Only one I'd rank ahead of Liljegren currently is maybe Robertson.

Given his start and how Sandin's been injured, I'd place Lily ahead of him slightly. I think Sandin has more upside but Liljegren is actually proving his potential in his development thus far:

Liljegren
Sandin
Roberston
Amirov

From there comes the next tier of B level prospect that have shown some interesting pro upside:

Niemela
Anderson
Hirvonen
Hallander
Abramov
Miettinen

Then I think you go into the next tier of prospects who are trending in the right direction and shown some flash at their current level:

Abruzzese
Koster
Holmberg
SDA

The Leafs have traditionally not done very well in drafting/developing college level players, so it's interesting to see that guys like Koster, Abruzzese, and Miettinen are turning some heads.

A bunch of other intriguing names that have had their moments this year are there as well:

Kokkonen
Rindell
Tverberg
Ovchinnikov
Kral

One thing that's starting to stand out is the 2019 draft so far.

It's hard for me to rank numerically so I'll use tiers (not including the goalies)

Tier 1: Amirov, Liljegren, Robertson, Sandin

Tier 2: Abramov, Anderson, Hallander, Hirvonen, Niemela

Tier 3: Abruzzese, Kokkonen, Kral, Miettenen, SDA

After this tier is where I find it gets muddy. But a minimum of 14 noteworthy prospects is nice.

Is Galchenyuk playing center or wing for the Marlies? From Dubas' presser yesterday, it sounds like Galchenyuk is a LONG term project. I feel like they are grooming him to be a 3C?

In Hayes fashion yesterday, he said he doesn't know what Lilly's value is around the league, and doesn't think he is an NHL player.

Nice article on Liljegren.
