Somewhere between Simmonds and JVR on both spectrums, physicality and offense.
Edit- man, despite the visible skill difference there is very little to choose between production wise between peak Simmer and peak JVR.

Yup a lot like JVR, a bit more physical. I don’t think that’s a bad think JVR was a great player for the leafs

I'm sure the prospect junkies have a view / listing of where Leafs prospects are with regards to their league rankings?
Ex. Anderson at the top of the AHL for points? Tied for most goals.
In some cases it might be PPG comparison since games player can vary.
Good hands and awareness. Looks like he still needs some refinement of his skating style to be NHL ready - but that's it.

If all of Knies, Minten, Tverberg and Hirvonen reach their potential, it's going to be huge for the Leafs lineup and will give us some much needed pain in the assery. We could use some of that on the backend in our prospect pool though. We don't have a Muzzin type coming up.

I don't think they'll use it on Petruzzelli for this season. If Murray really is not able to stay healthy they can easily find a veteran or a waiver alternative to Kallgren.
Not even the same player that I witnessed at the wjc.
