Nothing wrong with that, I just want the best players. By the time any of these guys are going to be NHL-ready our positional needs could be very different.

Totally, the other thing is so many guys that play centre in CHL / NCAA etc don't play there in the NHL too but at worst you end up with a winger anyway.

Defense takes a long time to see the rewards too.

I heard he's gotten better at a lot of things, board game and around the net. The concern I heard from last year was power/velocity on his shot and being able to beat a goalie from distance, he seems to have added that.

Read exactly that, it was a slow start for him but he seems to have found his game.

The reality is most prospects don’t pan out. Not to the level we want them too.

I have hope for knies to be a 30/30 player
Robby to be a 20/20 player
Lilly to be a top 4 like r Anderson
Minten to be like a stajan

Most don’t make it. It’s great to have cheap depth but we can get tons of 4th liners like gregor on pto every year.


I would like legit top 4 D or top 6 forward out of
Greb tverberg Minten. Villeneuve and niemela.

One of each would be great.
