That's two goals on two horrendous calls. The Wings had nothing to do with the first call, it was just a bad call by the official. That one in the tweet is just pathetic.

Brutal. Hate weak calls. Even for your team.

3Rd shortie for Ottawa. The goals keep getting weaker a d weaker but it's all good.

Healy is making excuses. The habs pp is just brutal.

Oliver Bjorkstrand has his first 2 NHL goals tonite in his 2nd game. 2 wicked wrist shots. Going to be exciting to watch this kid.

Have zero idea how Hyman gets a roughing call there, lol. No call on the initial hit (shouldn't have been anyway) then he gets crosschecked in the head, headlocked and has Bogo try and jersey him, didn't respond aside from laughing.

Somehow sits in the box.

Ottawa has 15 SHGs and only 36 PPGs on the season. I wonder if any team has ever had a lower PPG/SHG ratio.

I don't like the idea of enforcers in hockey but damn I wish the Leafs had somebody around that could at least step in and help out guys like Hyman or Soshnikov, etc.

If these scrums moves to fights the Leafs are in trouble.

Marincin scoring lmao. Sabres are a joke

They're certainly not good.

Near the end of the 2nd Matteau asked, or was trying to get Smith to fight and he declined. He tries to get Galchenyuk to go. What a champ.

Pacioretty was there and could have went after him but I guess he's too big and might know what he's doing so he doesn't want to.

Leafs/Sabres game ends with the home team winning, truly shocking.

Seriously though, it's as sure a thing as there is in sports that the home team will win these games.

I'd say Neil is better than Ference.

Neil can still play an alright 4th line role, Ference is lucky to get on the ice on one of the worst Ds in the league.
And I quote "sounds a little bit like Ference [...]". Can we not turn everything into an argument about who is better than who?

Wow, 3 SHG for Ottawa. I know Montreal's PP has struggled but that is a monumentally bad night (or good night, depending on your perspective). One short of the record put up by the original Winnipeg Jets on April 7, 1995 against Vancouver. Nelson Emerson, Darryl Shannon and Keith Tkachuk (2)

Greiss has been fantastic for the Islanders tonight. If not for him, it's likely a 4-0 ot 5-0 game right now. He seems pretty impressive.
