Good to know. Sounds a little bit like Ference here in Edmonton. Great in the community, solid human being, but he's just not relevant to the on-ice product of the Oilers anymore. Must be tough for players in that stage of their career.

I'd say Neil is better than Ference.

Neil can still play an alright 4th line role, Ference is lucky to get on the ice on one of the worst Ds in the league.
