I’m sure there is a plan to get some picks back.Fair enough. It's more for me that draft picks aren't available in endless supply.

This. I've had zero issue with Lagesson play, so spending assets to get the equivalent but "RH" is foolish to mei'd prefer not to do anything if it doesn't move the needle
Maybe, but he almost always plays with ToewsI beg to differ. That Makar is so elite he could play with anyone. We gotta stop making excuses for Morgan. He’s not the strongest defensively. Good leader but there’s a reason why our record and defensive structure is better without him. Love him but I think there’s something there
As soon as I see Steeves as a piece my eyes roll. Wonder if Jeremy Bracco is still around lol. Cannon fodder pieces.Exactly. We have nothing to trade away sans a 1st and Cowan.
Probably why when people are proposing trades for Hanifin, Larsson, Anderson etc. the offer is always 1st, Abruzzese, Timmins, Minten, Steeves, vouchers, a hand job and 2 weeks paid vacation.
But you just avoided the question.i'd prefer not to do anything if it doesn't move the needle
Maybe, but he almost always plays with Toews
Hughes has hronek
Fox has Lindgren
Heiskanen has lindell
Hedman tbf played with bogo and Schenn
But still most elite defencemen always have a great partner, Rielly’s best has been a #3 in Brodie.
Our structure was also good against pretty mediocre games. I’d give it a few more games, Rielly was great both ways prior to the suspension so let’s be a bit more patient
the record thing also applied to Matthews so i don’t really like using it as a point
Naturally, Rielly has been much better with a good defensive RD. So when we have a good RD with Rielly it's like you have two good defesnmen on the ice. When you pair Rielly with a bad defesnmen, it's like we have 2 bad defesnmen on the ice. The multiplier effect with Rielly is extreme imo, lol.Cause he's always been a Robin not a Batman
He is good 6/7D depthLyubushkin is ass, we already saw this.
Back to back shitty front offices, this sucks
Boosh nation reunite!!
The haters are the same people telling us Holl's metrics were good and Detroit is trying to dump him as we speak. Who cares lol.
Schenn worked well as the RD partner for Hughes prior to trading for him. He was a great fit from the beginning and worked with Rielly.
I don't recall Boosh working with Rielly.
I still maintain that it will be surprising if Treliving doesn't trade the first round pick. I'm sure he has a few things cooking at the moment, and it will probably end up being a trade that no one expects. He is good 6/7D depth
The cost at 3rd + 6th is fine as we wanted his cap to a negligent amount basically
We need to now make a 2nd trade for another RHD
Rielly - XXX (Fabbro or Walker)
Brodie - Lily
McCabe - Benoit
Extra: Gio, Lyub, Lagesson
I would look at a package of 1st + Tververg to get a #4RHD.
Fabbro@50% + Trenin for 1st + Tverberg
Or
Walker@50% + 4th
What happened to him? It's too bad Zeke isn't around anymore. How angry do you think he is about this?![]()
You get a proven NHL D right hand shot at that for less than 700k which allows for more moves. If they upgrade the D still and he ends up being a 7th D that is good as you have an experienced guy waiting in the wings in case of injury.
I'd look for guys that have term and offer up our first and Robertson if it's a legit top 4 piece. Otherwise I'd roll with these guys. Like lyub ain't itBut you just avoided the question.
What would you do to solidify the back end realistically this year?
Don’t forget dumping infamous Nick Ritchie contract. Lube was an afterthought. So we gave up a 2025 2nd rounder, a 2024 3rd rounder, and a 2024 6th rounder to have Boosh twice. Sweet.
