The Rangers putting themselves in a position to get a good bounce would be a nice start.

This is not about being unlucky.

I get your negative. I didn't say anything other then all the bounces and non calls have gone the other way. I don't really give a crap if you think otherwise, that wasn't the reason they lost last night. I am not disputing that.

Wat. FUUUUUUUUUU......

Why did we have to lose Game 2.

Why do you let Carter score with 1 second left.

WHY?!?!?

Son of a mother****ing *****. Holy ****, is this ever aggravating.

Its the toughest thing to admit as a fan but, the Kings are simply a better team.

But it's not because the Kings have better players. The Rangers have fantastic, skilled players. But it's a hodgepodge of players Sather has collected over the years, rather than a team built from the ground up that plays together well.

Thanks to AV they have improved their teamwork remarkably this year and there have been many games when they've played the best hockey they've played in years. In some ways, the Rangers are victims of their own success. They have improved so quickly that perhaps the expectations are unfair.

They are clearly on the right path and I would expect them to make it deep into the playoffs every year for the next few years and win the cup on solid footing. So many talented young players. So instead of lamenting, I think we should be saying, gee, two years ago they totally sucked and now they're in the SCF. That was quick.

Ahh Loffen, now you and other young Ranger fans are getting an idea of what its really like to be a fan of this club.

'72, '79, '81, '82, '83, '86, '90, '92, '93, '97, '07-'13.

And now '14.

Have to make some changes here if they want any chance. Start with scratching Richards. He has played his last game in blue, is legs are shot and his mind has wasted away. Gotta find a way to get Carcillo in there. Also JT Miller needs to be centering that 2nd line. Dorsett to the bleachers where he can finalize his NHL Diary.

Kreider - Stepan - Nash
Hagelin - Miller - St. Louis
Pouliot - Brassard - Zuccarello
Boyle - Moore - Carcillo

"We have to play the next game, it's on the schedule and it's probably my last in a Rangers uniform."

Did Brad Richards really say this?

I just want to clarify an earlier post of mine and then I will leave it alone. I'm not saying AV SHOULD get fired, what I was saying is that if the team gets off to a poor start next year and is out of playoff position out after the first half, I could see Sather/Dolan, in their belief that this roster is knocking on the door for a Cup, make a huge mistake and believe a coaching change is the "last piece of the puzzle" to getting Henrik to a Cup.

I think that would be a HUGE mistake, but could I see Sather, who, don't forget, has tenure for life from Dolan, doing something like that? Yes sir, yes i could.

i think they know its poor production from nash, richards step... take your pick. I think they know they need to buy out richards contract. Wing lose or draw hes gotta go.

Dorsett has been fantastic Carcillo has to sit.

Ughhhhhhh, don't know what to feel exactly. It just isn't worth it, to get caught up in some emotional **** spiral, because of this. Glad my cousin (from LA) is rather cool, he could most def. pour salt in the wound, but he doens't.

This team is done for it. I'd be surprised if we make to LA again.

Line-up changes for game 4. Carbomb in, scratch some guy, don't really care who it is, at this point. Get Ritchie off the PP point! (Not going to happen though. We know it. Rangers hockey is the perfect example of Einsteins definition of idiots. And we the fans are as insanely stupid as the coaching staff is.)
You know it is almost obvious the coaching staff is either blindly ignorant or just willingly destroying our chances, at this point. God damn it, this is worse than the Devs series two years ago.

They were talking about it on the Kings board and a mod was the one to post the actual quote. :dunno:

I think the first part is real and the second part not. It would be best to find a couple of media links to confirm.

The part that hurts the most is that all the haters were right about the Kings making quick work of the Rangers. Theyre probably right about Quick being better than Lundqvist. And Gaborik gets a cup now. This is really ******. :help:

Even that first part of the Richards quote is disgusting. We have to play because it's on the schedule?

Get him the **** off my team.

Yup, and us being cocky as ****, saying: "That's what the fans said too of the last two match-ups."

I don't see capitalism saving us either. You know, the league doing everything in its power to get as much money out of this series as possible.

Yeah, just watched the video, he says when asked what he would tell his teammates

"We need to play the next game, its on the schedule" nothing about it being his last game in a Rangers uni.

That's not a real quote lol.

Well, partially real.

Sorry for the scare everyone, got it sorted out. Guess the Mod on the Kings board got a bad quote or added it himself or something

@MGaborik10
Everything happens for a reason...
2:34 PM - 29 May 2013

After Torts (the reason he got traded) got fired.

Crazy how things work out.

LAs hard-nosed style is killing us, as the Bruins style would have. Our inability to kill glassman is another problem this team won't solve any time soon.
