What about a guy like Jack Pridham?

Kitchener is rebuilding and he is committed NCAA next year. Would be a cheap addition that would boost our bottom 6.

He would not be cheap lol. Also why would they trade him to the knights of all teams?
Rangers entered the season as sellers. But now with their record and the CHL/NCAA agreement, I see them standing pat.

Rags have a good team no doubt, but they don’t have the draft bank to improve, they will fall in the second half. Standing still is going backwards.

Standing pat, I would think, based on this conference, could still see us finishing the regular season in third. Finishing in third gets us to the second round against Windsor. That would be a tough series but winnable.

If I’m Jack Pridham, I look at playing top line minutes, first power play, in Kitchener on a team that gets to the third round versus middle 6 to 2nd line minutes at best and second power-play unit in London, playing an extra 8 to 11 post season games.

Pridham may value the extra minutes with the Rangers than the minutes he would get in London.

But make no mistake, the Rangers would like to add a few more picks to the cupboard. Problem is, trading a Pridham to London undoubtedly would involve at least one 2nd round pick coming back. London only has one 2nd round pick. And they traded away a 2nd and 4th to get that pick (2nd ‘25). I believe Mark Hunter wants to go into the next draft with that 2nd round pick in his pocket.

I’m thinking that the Knights are probably finished making big adds. At best, look for secondary vet(s) added for very cheap on deadline day.

Up 8-3 after two, I expect Hunter to give few minutes in the 3rd to the top line with a 2 pm start tomorrow.
Let's see if they keep up the tempo. Sim will be gunning for number 4. Barkey already has a quiet 4 point game.
At one point during the broadcast Doyle mistook Read for Bidgood. How's that possible for someone so close to the team? It's baffling. Bidgood is a right shot, wears a cage, is #34. Read is a left shot, no cage, wears #92.
Some players are easy to confuse like Barkey and Hawery, similar size, smooth skaters, left shot, and both have the number 6 on their jersey.
Just babbling away as I await the 3rd period.

Going to be feisty tomorrow I bet with quick turnaround. Sarnia gave lots of cheap shots today. I am starting to like Fagan’s progression and really like Abolfan’s game and work ethic. Montgomery is a horse. Ran out of gas on the 2nd or 3rd goal against us at end of shift. Overall an ass kicking. Carry on tomorrow boys.

Maybe he should sit out next game. Put martone in the lineup instead, but Dave Cameron won't change anything cause he's stubborn. Won't be suprised if canada didn't medal again this year. Will next year be better? Who knows

I think were not watching the same game. Cowan has been awful. But hes a leafs pick and a knight so no doubt Canada will ride him to another 4th place finish.
Maybe the team should have picked more Sarnia players. They really looked good today.

The whole team can't score and took 8 penalties. Maybe if all the Sarnia superstars were there it would be different.
Funny how the London trolls never fail to come out of the woodwork, no matter the time of year. And Canadian hockey fans have to be one of the dumbest demographics to exist. Always laughable when they lose in this overhyped tournament. Hopefully Letang solves their problems next year!

A game, maybe even a tournament, Cowan would like to forget...but it doesn't define him as a hockey player.
OHL mvp, playoff mvp, OHL champion, 56 game point scoring streak (and counting).
Is there a player on your team with a better resume?
