I agree....his game is lacking. To busy trying to be "that guy" instead of just playing a team game. I know guys have their rolls but if he would just play the game that got him here he'd be much more valuable.Funny you mention that as I am the first to admit I really haven’t watched either to intently as they get / got so little ice time. But when I wrote it I had this feeling that my first thoughts last season were that the younger was the better hockey player? Anyway if that’s the case to bad as right now with the talent depth on this years team I think he will find himself on the outside looking in fairly soon if he continues to run around.
Thanks! I didn’t want to do the math on last year, this year was much easier haha.If my math is correct they were 44-10 with him in the lineup last year (reg season + playoffs) and 23-11 with him out
Decades... at least in 05/06 if not soonerI saw on the Chl website under articles a Generals player wearing a sombrero Didn’t we start that as a London thing? Or is this something lots of teams do ???
I know it’s been a London thing for years now
Tonight is the start of running the gauntlet, Oshawa (20W)-Windsor (21W)-Windsor (22W)-Kitchener (23W)-Erie (24W)... If we are going to drop a game it would be in this stretch but I believe there is enough talent on this team to step up and keep it going if we make it past tonight.
Oshawa should be a good test with some pissed off players that didn't get the call up to WJC..... need to come out flying tonight and hold the fort.
After tonight the lines should look like:
Montgomery O'Reilly Nicholl
Van Gorp Julien Sim
Van Bommel Read Hawery
Aboflan Bidgood Gerber
Boulton*
Wooley Brzustewicz
Fagn Jenken
Spencer Mitchell
Medvedev Elliot
Didn’t someone already prove me wrong and say that LDN’s Team Canada invite players are leaving Monday?Tonight is the start of running the gauntlet, Oshawa (20W)-Windsor (21W)-Windsor (22W)-Kitchener (23W)-Erie (24W)... It would be sick to pump oster like the playoffs, but I imagine Oshawa will be extremely motivated!Didn’t someone already prove me wrong and say that LDN’s Team Canada invite players are leaving Monday?
So still fingers crossed we have a full roster. Oshawa rested Oster the other night so he’d be ready against London.
Dale could have had several NHL jobs over the years, he chooses to stay in London because he enjoys junior hockey.Would Dale Hunter be considered for the coaching job in Chicago? I know they just named an interim, but still…. I know that Megan Hunter is an AGM there
I agree. I figured the connections are strong with ChicagoDale could have had several NHL jobs over the years, he chooses to stay in London because he enjoys junior hockey.
I’d be surprised, at this point in his career to see him leave. But never say never I suppose.
For me, Andrew Gibson but I don’t like giving up our prospects as they are progressing so well.
Van Bommel
Bidgood
1x2nd
2x3rd
1x4th
1x5th
There's a reason Kaeden Johnston and a 3rd was a running joke on here for a while lolThe Soo wouldn’t do that. You have to add a lot more picks or put Read in it. You can’t get teams’ best players for spare parts.
I’d swap out Bidgood and swap in Read to get it done. I think Gibson would really solidify this DThe Soo wouldn’t do that. You have to add a lot more picks or put Read in it. You can’t get teams’ best players for spare parts.
