@Knightsfan90 you keep putting out these claims and then going quiet. Your reputation is solely on the line lol.I'm hearing his return is almost certain. My guess is in a week or 2
And Gleb can stay in USHL for this season before coming next year
@Knightsfan90 has been a reliable source… not a complete crackpot jmo!@Knightsfan90 you keep putting out these claims and then going quiet. Your reputation is solely on the line lol.
Both picks conditional by the looks of it. Does this mean they are loading up to help Musty, or filling holes for when Musty leaves...
The Molnar deal was happening regardless, Erie did not have room for him and Sudbury is one of the few teams with space. Both picks conditional by the looks of it. Does this mean they are loading up to help Musty, or filling holes for when Musty leaves...
We all know he would be getting top line minutes he’s an absolute stud + if you want to talk about development & getting more ice time I got that covered here - knights will probably play more 20 games in playoffs then Guelph will that’s alot of extra ice time and games that is big for development
No idea if Hawery would waive his NTC, but Mark will find a way to make the deal. No issuesThe fact that London is his hometown, and developing chemistry with Barkey would make it a good fit, if Mark wants to make a big move/pay. A mutually beneficial deal sees Luchanko centering Barkey and Cowan and Hawery being reunited with his Barrie teammate McLean. Luchanko was also ranked by the league coaches as the most sportsmanlike player in the league, he's gotten a lot of kudos from the Flyers for his maturity, plays a good 200 ft game. If traded, he's potentially the biggest fish at the deadline, meaning Hawery is dealt.... George isn't DD/Niagara.
100% agree with this. Luchanko’s playmaking replaces what Gazizov gave us with the best vision and playmaking on the team. The fact that London is his hometown, and developing chemistry with Barkey would make it a good fit, if Mark wants to make a big move/pay. Hawery is a future star. If we manage to do this without moving him our future is bright! No to moving Hawery, reading all of the scouting reports from a few years ago and passing the eye test by yours truly, he is a very special player.
In a redraft he would be a top 10 pick. We can’t get that every draft. The last time we traded a top talent as a 16 year old was Christian Thomas…. I don’t see them doing that again.
ahoy captain have fun working on ur mental toughness ur so cool
Happy to have picked up the non-sinking wrong boat
I think he would fit in well with how the Knights like to defend. He's mobile. Definitely not the Jacob Graves type that has been talked about here in other posts...I like that type of move. Remind me is Allen one of the best defenders in the league or more of a puckmover?
lol ur sick eh u know lots about hockey bossHappy to have picked up the non-sinking wrong boat
Thank you! The Guelph Storm are a first class organization. George Burnett is a friend of the Hunters and a darn good builder of teams in the OHL. He’s not getting bent over by London for his star player.I can’t see a world where we get Luchanko without giving up Hawery. A different team will likely offer up an 08 for him.
Exactly, the Bulldogs could offer more picks and O’Donnell and we would be SOL.I can’t see a world where we get Luchanko without giving up Hawery. A different team will likely offer up an 08 for him.
I think he is better than Luca Testa, but if I had to do that trade again, I would trade Testa.I like Luchanko, but I do not think the we seriously have anywhere close to the pieces in order to get him unless we are mortgaging a giant part of our future. Would it be nice for this season, yes absolutely. But I can already see the Knights fickle fans crying when the team is below .500 next year because of it.
I dont think it was the agents misconduct that got Formenton banned from the NHL. Is this guy for real?
Do you think Mark is looking at a potential trade for the Storm and Philadelphia's benefit, or for his club's ? It would be ideal for Luchenko to come to London, how is it beneficial to London, does London in need of Luchenko, deals are made every day, how does it certify Bonk, Barkey and Luchenko will not be traded by the time they reach next level? London is not looking from the Flyer's future point of view, the only plus that could land Luchenko in London is the fact he's a right-hand shot, will it be enough to convince Mark? The fact that London is his hometown, and developing chemistry with Barkey would make it a good fit, if Mark wants to make a big move/pay. Now Hawery is better than Testa, for sure but I can confidently say that the Knights won that trade.
Also, don’t forget that Jaxon Cover will likely be a Knight next year and he will usher part of our new era of Knights hockey for the next couple years.
We should be fine if we pull off the trade.
Top should be:
Nurmi (maybe) - O’Rielly - Luchanko
Van Gorp - Nichol - Cover
Boulton - Read - Van Bommel
Gerber - Mews - Bidgood
Woolley - Brzustewicz
Jenken - Spencer
Mitchell - 1st round pick
Still missing pieces in Arrowsmith, Fagan, and Semenov
Guessing Stone cold gets both starts?
If true, I despise the actions taken by Formenton and his teammates. The law will protect both the free man and the accused, until such time it is proven otherwise in a court of lawI dont think it was the agents misconduct that got Formenton banned from the NHL. Is this guy for real?
