Gazizov is back in the lineup tonight so we can continue get our chemistry back. Hopefully we see something like this. I can see Cowan and Barkey getting put back together if we need an offensive spark.

Cowan - O’Rielly - Halttunen
Barkey - Julien - Gazizov
Sim - Lawrence - McCue
Boulton. -Nichol - Boulton

Nichol is the spare guy they used to give guys a break and the Boulton’s go over the boards to set a tone and finish checks.
I like this lineup, at this point in time, I’d prefer to dress Ryder over Van Gorp.

Nichol did a good job the first 3 games up in the lineup too, looking much better and more confident on the ice.

Although I really like them both, but right now, I prefer the speed of Van Gorp over the muscular younger Boulton, against this fast young skating Firebirds,

I was hoping we'd be finished with the officiating controversies, but here's the next installment. A referee has been accused of promoting gambling, and he doesn't even hide it. On the back of his jersey is printed "BET". And, he's reffing tonight's game between London and Flint.
(I should probably add an emoji here, but I won't).
As for tonight's game, London needs to just wrap it up, be well rested for round 2 against Erie/Kitchener.
Flint won't roll over, and Day has been sharp. 60 minute effort.
Welcome back, Gaz!

With Gazizov's return, Hunter could go
14-73-36 for the 4th line.
Nichol drops down. Or, he could continue with what he's been doing, rotating in one of O'Reilly, Cowan, Barkey.
Edit: C. Pitre out of the Flint lineup.

Landon said he's grateful for his father's support. "He just gave me a hug and said he was so proud of me when I got picked," he said.

Edward what are you thinking holy cow!!!
will fit right in with the Bruins
Edward no impulse control... Think he failed the marshmallow test as a young kid... I think the replay showed the Flint player's glove pushing down on Simpson's head... But the replay wasn't in slo-mo so I can't be sure if it was intentional.

Most passive style that I've seen the Knights play all season in that 2nd period.
Just terrible to watch.
Look for Hunter to juggle the lines in the 3rd. The Lawrence line had success in games 1-3. Tonight? Hunter breaks up that line. Barkey is on the Lawrence line and they have shown no chemistry. Lawrence had a chance to dish to Barkey on that 2 on 1 down low, and instead kept. Barkey bangs his stick on the glass in frustration. Let me help you out, Dale...

I agree. Not their best period. They were out
hustled and outplayed On the positive side, the Flint announcer does a very nice job especially going solo.

Just going through the motions. Absolutely no killer instinct. Frustrating to watch.

Good call on the Knights 2nd. Lombardi pulled the puck into the zone.

Julien starting to show the pendulum swing back in his favour.

Knights not skating as well as Ive seen.

Firebirds using our game, get in his face.
