I can only state the obvious. Dale900 and staff did a great job preparing for this series. Kitchener has a lot of offensive weapons (Pinelli, Mesar, Rehkopf, Arcuri, Valade, etc...) and our D contained them with Brochu posting back to back shutouts. Our scoring was spread out, team is gelling at the right time. A tough Sarnia team up next.
Ariel, thoughts after a win?

Hedon rating: 10/10.

Glad they proved me wrong again! Lol, not afraid to admit it. Sarnia scares me though, team needs to play as one against them. Hopefully they go all the way!!

AWESOME!! Great win !!! Rangers looked like a 8th place team the last 2 games ….Knights had total control of the game after the 10 minute mark of first period…Brochu with another shutout …boys were flying out there…..onto Sarnia …

Only thing this series proves is how much Windsor sucks

Nope, the measuring stick for success has changed once again and factors, talked about by hockey people support they are the best ( in a small minority to be fair )

They have made it further than London in the OHL POs once in what....11 or 12 years? And it was a weak West year.
But have finished ahead of London in 2 reg. Season finishes in the same time frame.

Rangers looked like an 8th place Team for all four losses.

That had to be the easiest two shutouts in Brochu’s life.

Congrats Knights fans! (Ugh). Usually this sucks more but now that I live here, it's less annoying. I mean, Knights fans pay for my services (freelance work) and you better believe there's been an added fee to those invoices ;). See y'all around Wortley, proudly wearing my Rangers hat!

I'll say it again.... Pinelli who?
For a player who was supposed to be the heart and soul of this team, I didn't notice his presence at all the last 2 games. As a matter of fact I didn't notice the presence of many of their supposedly 'star' players. Maybe I was just blinded by the constant glow of the goal light behind Costantini but, outside of Game 3 at the Aud, not one player for the Rangers stepped up to try and lead/carry the team this series. It seems they were satisfied with sweeping the Spits. This series was lost when MM tried to blame the refs for the 2 losses in London. That's a sign of desperation. When the players needed to be lead and coached MM all but disappeared. Dissapointing for the Rangers fans to say the least.

The best part is we went 2 rounds further so far then Windsor and we didn't give up any core pieces for Wright.

Brochu looks like a man on a mission next series will be tough I have faith they have bought in and they want to win for eachother

I'll take a look for the cap when we stop by for dinner or a drink in the village!

Well. It's about fricken time isn't it? This series is gonna be an absolute war. Hopefully, both teams stay healthy, us fans can remain civil (especially in opposing barns) & we all get to witness a phenomenal series.

Best of luck.
I think it remains civil between fans because I have enough faith in humanity that most people understand they’re not the ones lacing it up and stepping on the ice. We are observers with no impact on w’s and l’s. Good for Sarnia, hope they enjoy this ride. Sarnia is built to win now whereas London have room to develop and maybe win next year. This kind of reminds me of 03/04 where a higher seeded London played and lost to a veteran Guelph team. I think if I’m making early predictions on this series, I would have to pick Sarnia in 6 or 7. Enjoy!

Let’s kick their ASS! Go Knights Go! I think we can call the year a success already. Everyone has stepped up. Brochu is the man! 4 shutouts in 9 COME ON MAN! That’s just silly

Oh geeez Gaudreau isn’t doing too bad either!

Thanks (I think) for the congrats! We'll have to get together for a coffee this summer in my old stomping grounds. Ironically, I live in London (hometown too), but work in K/W!
