I saw some other fans commenting on Rick Doyle being a homer on the Knights broadcast. After watching yesterdays game, the Kitchener guy is a massive homer, every save Costantini made was the greatest save ever, even the one that hit the side of the net that he didn't touch lol.
I have watched all the Knights/Rags games on Rogers this year, don't remember him being that amped up before. With that said, I thought they did a great job on the broadcast, doesn't bother me that they are homers.

I believe, there are no issues with the commentators being homers. They broadcast one team all year, their hometown team, it is a hometown broadcast. Not like NHL games on SN or TSN that are national coverage.
This is why Stubbs is one of the best in the league. Enthusiasm for both teams, just happy to be calling the games. And he films it on his phone at the same time which amazes me.

That Pyette guy though...oof. Him and Farwell are are the worst when these teams play.

I agree, I love Stubbs! Great knowledge and makes the game on the radio exciting.
The videos he has been doing lately with the dual cameras are amazing 😂

As for Pyette and Farwell. They would be better served to stay out of Twitter drama. I love that they both report heavily on the OHL, we need that for the league. But some of their takes are just bad, especially lately and when they get arguing.

As a Ranger fan, Rick Doyle is one of most balanced coloured guys on OHL games. No argument from me on your analysis of the Ranger TV crew though.

When you take a big lead early in a game and allow some life to your opponent for half the remaining of the game, this is the result you will get in the next game 9 times out of 10. Noticed how little life in the third London had and how the Rangers were going strong to the very end of this 6-1 loss. The turning point in this series could very well turn out to be the last 30 minutes of game two. London did not lose game three this Sunday afternoon they lost it in the last half of game 2. the 8-4 win game.
Agree 100%

Through the wonders of modern medicine here I am still kicking.Walk 4-5 kms a day and in better shape than I was then. Keep plugging away thats all we can do.

I've now blocked them both on twitter. They are beyond ridiculous. When you look at the statement by the league on the McKenzie fine

"“It is the opinion of the League that the comments are demeaning to our game and provide an overall negative environment to the series.”

Maybe the league should look into these two clowns

Does anyone knows how the Knights can break the high Kitchener is on right now since the second half of game 2 ?

One thing the Knights have going for it's the high 6-1 loss score, wish they had a better ending to the game to build on but that is what they got to work with.

Here is what I think;
They need to be totally on the same page from start to finish on out working the Rangers especially without the puck. They have to break up Kitchener's high spirit, they are confident now with their huge game 3 win. The Knights don't need to score first goal or even score any goals to start game 4, what they need is an all out team rush on the Rangers, play discipline and be on them as soon as they take puck position frustrate them get them to tightening their grip. Cut all time and space with constant pressure until they start second guessing on themselves and this should be their priority goal, of course when a chance present it self try to capitalise on it but their first order of business should be breaking Kitchener's confidence. If there is a team that can do this it's the speed of the Knights, a team effort and with the speed they have can wrestle that momentum away from the Rangers. Only after they get that momentum back can they really start concentrating on scoring goals and win with a total team push. Scoring first goal or more will not win them this game if Kitchener are stil on their high they can and will come back, they must break Kitchener high spirit first and get that momentum back before they can start thinking of beating Kitchener. IMHO

Mark Hunter should get himself a referee's jersey, and a sign that says: Give me $5,000. and I'll give you a favourable call, all night long.:D

Are you telling us you win because of the referree's help and you lose because the referees didn't help ? Referees are part of the game and are not the ones that are undiscipline, teams can't control or buy referees but they can control their own destiny and discipline. Refs are humans they too like everyone else make errors, the ones that makes less move up to higher levels but "none" make intentional errors. Refs taking side are fans myth, fans are looking for reason to blame their team's poor performances, coaches gets on ref's cases to motivate their own teams and in hopes the refs will follow potential missed plays(calls) closer in his team favor, regardless what it is said the refs will still call play both ways

It wasn't intended to be serious, Fastpace. It was a joke ( that's why the smileys followed the text )

Game day.
Stick to hockey. Dont try n show your tough or chirp, up or down.
Gotta have a F step up n have a big game. Kitchener sure did. (Kitchener did a job game 3 on Cowan n to lesser extent Barklwy) If they n Winteron could pot 1 (or better 2) 5 on 5 tonight it would go a long way. But I'm really looking for Diaco to step up at F n lead.
Brochu has to outplay Costantini.
One goal least from yhe D as well. Knights D will be active in the Kitchener zone trying to keep pucks in and getting deep trying to create I think.

Just don't take a goalie interference penalty early (90.or 21)

Easy lol

Knights need to get back to their speed game, discipline like in game one and avoid getting sucked into scrums that the Rangers favour. Brochu needs to be better.
