Alright. Let both teams, the league and the refs put all the noise behind them.
We have ourselves a series now.

Blue clothes beat green clothes deservedly today. Blue clothes are a good team. Not a huge talent gap in the from 1-8 in the Western Conference this season. Wish Wideman still wore green clothes :(

When you take a big lead early in a game and allow some life to your opponent for half the remaining of the game, this is the result you will get in the next game 9 times out of 10. Noticed how little life in the third London had and how the Rangers were going strong to the very end of this 6-1 loss. The turning point in this series could very well turn out to be the last 30 minutes of game two. London did not lose game three this Sunday afternoon they lost it in the last half of game 2. the 8-4 win game.

Hopefully the Knights come ready to play on Tuesday …..we looked like the Rangers did in the first 2 games … running around .. trying not to get hit …. no pressure at all ….completely changed roles …. play like we’re able to and go back to London up
3-1 ….

Thanks - Mark's comment about taxpayer $ is in error as Ryan Pyette attempts to clarify immediately following the quote in his (same) article. Season ticket subscribers own the team today in a not-for-profit corporation that was created a decade before Dale was a Ranger ;)

Just watched the game. Full marks to the Rangers.
From the tender on out they stepped it up big.
Pinelli n Constantini were great. Someone from London has to step up game 4.

Rangers were the better team today. That should provide them some encouragement for the next game. Personally, I'm hoping that they revert to old habits, and come out flat. If the Knights manage to get a split at the Aud, it will place the Rangers into a situation where they can't afford another loss, and having to win 3 straight to win the series. Knights still have the lead, and that's something they should fiercely protect.

BTW, Did any of you take note that the Ranger play-by-play guys mentioned that Brochu grabbed his calf, just prior to Bowen going in ?
Hopefully, just a minor tweak .

Looked like Brochu attempted to initiate contact with a ranger forechecker (to me.. he got an explanation from the ref right after). He went down and when got back up seemed to be favouring the knee/quad a bit. After the next goal shortly thereafter he was out.

Many were hopeful for game 3 if I remember right, now we are going to be hopeful for game 4? They won't score 8 goals against these Kitchener Rangers again in these series but they better skate from start to finish as if they want to score 9 of them because it's not going to be easy from here on

Thanks for your observation. Always good to hear from someone who saw the event.

I saw some other fans commenting on Rick Doyle being a homer on the Knights broadcast. After watching yesterdays game, the Kitchener guy is a massive homer, every save Costantini made was the greatest save ever, even the one that hit the side of the net that he didn't touch lol.
I have watched all the Knights/Rags games on Rogers this year, don't remember him being that amped up before. With that said, I thought they did a great job on the broadcast, doesn't bother me that they are homers.

I believe, there are no issues with the commentators being homers. They broadcast one team all year, their hometown team, it is a hometown broadcast. Not like NHL games on SN or TSN that are national coverage.
