It's not well put at all. He clearly didn't watch the game and just cited the shots on goal and is telling people that did watch it they don't understand.
Well Snippet, I did watch the game and I am telling you that you don't understand. To attack a comment is obviously showing your lack of knowledge. Just because you have commented a few thousand times does not make you superior. That was a good hockey game last night and both team played well. I was just pointing out the bigger picture but you are probably a lot of reasons why fans like myself don't comment. Enjoy the rest of the season and relax. The Knights record speaks for itself. Thank you for being arrogant.

I know it is a meaningless BS stat that shouldn’t be worried about, but whoever selects the three stars for London home games should really hand that off to someone who understands the game a little better, or anyone that actually watches the game! The fact that Greaves was not the first star simply because his jersey had a horse head instead of a knight head on it is just dumb. The kid was awesome and judging by the fact that 5 different Knights went over and gave him pad taps after the game made it pretty obvious that without him in net this game isn’t close. He made 50 saves, Raay made 24. Sometimes you need to stop being a homer and appreciate talent regardless of what colour sweater it’s wearing.
Agree

First period last night was arguably the worst period the Knights have played since...well...the last game against Barrie. The shot clock read domination but it was FAR from it. I counted 2 legit scoring chances out of the 21 shots. The majority came from the outside and they made Jet's night easy in the early going. The kid made some 10 bell saves at times, but I actually thought Razor had to work harder in the game just to get us to OT.

Let's not forget Barrie hit 2 posts and a crossbar and the Knights caught a break with the timing of Hawerchuk/Tymkin dishing the mitts. It wasn't a good game from my seats.

Lots of dead plays on individual efforts and the miscommunication was at an all time high. Sometimes you just do enough to get the W...last night we got lucky.

I can see the big picture perfectly fine...doesn’t mean last night was a good game.

Bit rich for the guy who tells others they don’t understand to call someone arrogant. You should have defended the substance of your original post instead of going after my character.

With all due respect Ice House. it’s great you’re able to express your opinion in this forum. it’s always welcome. I think Snippit was merely pointing out you may have overlooked some plays or left out some observations that other posters noticed, meaning that big picture you are talking about may appears to some of us much smaller. Perhaps if you were to get a giant screen you might not miss as much and may be able to see what some of us seen the last few games . No disrespect of course, as we all know positive thinking is good for team morales but sometime learning from negativities can also help advance your team to big success.

Anybody concerned about Bouchard's play this season.?
I find it hard to believe he played 9 games in the NHL.

It is like he is disinterested and going thru the motions,
Lazy passes, casual skating and weak shots from the point.WTF is going on?.

To me its a case of a Big Head who Knows he is a given to play in the NHL
I miss the Hungry Bouchard of last season,

He didnt play nine games i believe it was 7 or 8
Formenton played 9

I feel exactly the same about Bouchard - I don't think its a given that anyone plays in the NHL and stays there

Hmmm

This following the Knights' closely thing is interesting for an Attack supporter.

You folks are fighting over whether the Knights are playing well enough after a win. I kind of get that, but it still seems a little too much concern.

What will happen if they don't soon play better? They might lose a game. Heaven forbid that should ever happen. Never would be an ideal time, but next to never now would be a great time.

Formenton factor. It won't hurt anything.

If I were Ottawa I would be concerned. They had every opportunity to crush their competition...and they chose not to do so.

If I were Guelph I would be concerned. They went 'Kingston' on this season and they are loaded with 'star power'. Yet they have less to show for it than London.

Remember...
London is 9-1-1....better than all but one of the rest of the league. You know what that means? It means London can't be the only team that isn't play-off ready just yet. As a matter of fact, they're the second most ready for that test....without Formenton.

So they didn't look great but still managed 52 shots and 2 points?

I call that a great win....because those games will happen....
just as they do to Guelph and Ottawa and Saginaw and even Niagara.
A win is a win once it's in the books.

I do agree our Forum tends to be a little over critical at times however the recent success of the team does tend to make folks a little more critical. The Windsor Forum is very similar if you ever have a chance pop over there. London will be fine last nights game was far from a jewel but as you mention these things happen. I like the fact that unlike 2 years ago when we totally loaded up and changed the character of the team so much this one is very close with one another.

Dale will have them ready and peaking at the right time. As for Bouchard I know stats are not everything but check out his plus minus?

Curious..... did you watch last night's game?

What a CRAPPY power play take that lockhed guy off the darn PP. youve beaten this deadhorse with a stick way to long mr dale

Just popped over to check out the box score so far 5:00 minutes to go in the second period and the Face Offs Won are 24 to 3 in favour of London. Starting out with the puck especially in your own end is critical, well done boys.

The Knights are a good team but right now after 2 Kitchener has them hypnotized. London are going through the motion , doing what they need to do but no extra pushes, you kind of have that feeling with only 1 goal behind if the Rangers decides to push just a bit more in the third they may end up winning this game.

It's not a strong showing by the thus far in this game, let's see what happens in the third if they don't change their game.

Couple vs flint. 2 vs barrie. 1 tonight. Maybe 2. Against bottom feeding teams.. playoffs vs guelph ssm ottawa wont cut it. Wont advance you far enough scoring couple goals a game. They think being london and the cockiness has to change .. or it be early playoff exit. Bank on that my good old buddy Otto. Couldn't make it live to the game tonight. Maybe see you there next weekend . Have a cold one together and chat some knight strategy.
