Juulsen was a marginal prospect before his run of injuries. He was overdrafted by the Canadiens in the first round who, along with Brook, were among our most overrated prospects over the past 10 years. So was Noah Juulsen...
He has played 12 games in the past 2 years... even if he were to remain healthy, he's losing time on other prospects development wise.
Last time I checked, he hasn't played any pre season games so either means new injury or the injury he sustained last year was very serious.
Would ownership have done that were it not for the backlash and controversy that resulted from drafting Mailloux, a decision that was reported to have been endorsed by Geoff Molson before Bergevin proceeded to name Mailloux as the Habs’ pick?Molson and the organization started a program and pumped in $1-million into it to help educate people on things like consent and inclusiveness.

Of course, the decision to invest in the program is a welcome thing.
Just that it would have sent a stronger signal to have seen it happen in a proactive rather than a reactive manner.
Not surprised as I am sure they want to do their own evaluations on where he is and get him some practices.Mailloux won't play tonight. He's not in the line-up for London.
True but some of the impact is lost as the decision does have a damage control impression to it, hence self-serving.True, you'd like to see them be proactive rather than reactive. However, I'd rather be reactive than be ignorant or simply defensive about the whole thing.
Sometimes, it takes everyone pointing out how bad you messed up in order for you to realize you did something you shouldn't have done. And then you move to rectify it.
You have me excited to see him play!
Wednesday looks pretty good, he'll have time for a few more practice with the team, he should be ready to go .He's lack of games is starting to drive me crazy, lol. I just want to see him play and show us what he has for at least 50 games and a consistent schedule.
I heard Wed is the hope on FridayWednesday looks pretty good, he'll have time for a few more practice with the team, he should be ready to go .
IF he can play 55 regular games + long OHL Playoffs, that would be great.About f***ing time
Most exciting Habs prospect to follow who is not in the NHL.
It's exciting cuz he's a complete enigma but apparently has crazy tools... Hopefully, he can stay healthy and put those tools to work this season.Depends on what you mean as "exciting".
Are you talking about your excitement for his future potential or pure entertainment value as Mesar and Hutson immediate come to mind as contenders in the latter context.
I suspect most exciting in the sense of having the highest probability of being an impactful player on the team’s future success.Depends on what you mean as "exciting".
