Hopefully he can show up against the Bruins on Saturday. The lack of urgency in his body language is frustrating. Give Forsberg the net until NYI and let Ullmark sort whatever he might be dealing with physically/mentally so he can show up against Boston.

We need him to be able to steal games on days we don't score that much

The thing that annoys me the most about Ullmark playing badly is that I initially said that they should wait until January to sign him, to make sure he is a fit. Then when they signed him I flopped the other way and said they while I thought they should wait, I understand why they would get it done.

Now I feel like if I flip back to they should have waited it might hurt my credibility as one of the leading voices in the online Sens community.

lets hope so

I'm starting Forsberg the next game regardless and if he is really good again .. I will have a hard time not going back to him

The team did not play well enough to win and Ullmark did make some great stops but that 3rd goal (3-1 goal) can not go in.
I was all ready to go to bat for him until that 3rd one went in. Would rather not see that and he needs to be better. I'm sure he knows it as well as anyone.

I still have you on a pedestal and I am the sens community. Don't worry.

Major disappointment so far. Only 2 good games to show for and that against Florida in the season opener where they didn't show up to play and the 2nd time against the Blues, where the Team took a day off again

The 1st rounder they gave up was valuable. They were in a great situation to restock the prospect pool having 3 picks in the top 40 and it looks like they botched that great situation. I like Yak but Eliasson was a very questionable pick and looks 2 years away from being 2 years away and now they are paying Ullmark Forsberg AND Korpisalo a combined 10.3 mil with term.

We will have plenty of picks from selling off our core if we find ourselves at the bottom again. Trying to salvage the present day team is and was a better strategy than forcing our way to another 3 year retool imo.

Goaltending needed to be addressed. I think having Ullmark has helped Forsberg settle in and honestly even though Ullmark hasn’t been great, at least our goaltending isn’t a nightmare like last year. I’m sure he’ll be better moving forward.

Korpisalo was a disaster. Good riddance.

It seems like every f***ing goalie that comes here puts up shitty stats. Like we could have Shesterkin in net and he would have similar stats to Ullmark right now. Makes you miss Anderson.

Shot fired today.

Unprompted, he shared that he has never been this on'off in hiw whole career with the schedule. Sounds like he wanted to start yesterday lol

I heard that, but he played the first two, got injured, and since then have mostly alternated just like in Boston, I'm not sure what he's referring to by never been on and off like this his whole career.

I get the feeling they wanted to give him Buffalo and Boston because they're his old teams. Ideally he'd be playing more but he hasn't been playing his best.

Right now I’m thinking Ullmark is the saviour, or he’s the Swedish dad in a Coen brothers film.

The vibes have changed. Linus’s personality is going to be a problem if he doesn’t put wins on it. The toleration reservoir from NHL fans for spacey goalie talk and losing is very very shallow.

I believe he’ll get it back, but safe to say Linus is already the 2nd most eccentric starter we’ve had here since Emery, but it only works if you’re winning.

I'm not going to make excuses for him. He's signed a big contract and he walked in with a hell of a swagger and confidence.

He seems to be nursing something and I've seen him for a while. I don't know if it requires surgery for it needs more time to give but it doesn't seem like it has.

We know this guy can stop pucks. There's no question about that. His health. Well, I think that's probably part of why he's questioning his abilities right now. We need him in there being his confident cocky self and playing assured.

Since Emery? What about Hasek?
