ppl can kill Torts all day long about putting Gabby on the left side, but he's just flat out not working hard enough.

What has Arron Asham done (or not done) to be scratched. He has more goals than Boyle. He's awful. Rangers need to get rid of all these additional 4th liners. Powe should be back in the lineup. He literally has done nothing wrong since being a Ranger. Boyle needs to go. Miller needs to go.

There's no way Gabby gets going if he's out there with Miller and Zuccarello on the 3rd line. It just won't happen. To get him going he's gotta be on the 2nd line at RW with Richards. If anything you hope they can spark eachother. I'm not convinced those two had ZERO chemistry last year like some people say.

Ok I've been a Torts defender but I don't see his logic putting Gaborik with Newbury and Pyatt on the 4th line. Gaborik a 4th liner? Are you kidding me? Put him with Richie and Kreids on the 2nd line (at RW)

Exactly, I think you misread my post. I DO think Gab and Richie have chemistry. I've heard people say on this board that those two do NOT have chem

Fast(h) should be headed to the Whale. I don't believe he will be in New York, but you never know.

Agreed, that's exactly what I had, except with Newbury instead of Powe on 4th

That's what I read to, from Swedish Aftonbladet, but it makes zero sense to burn a year of entry level, just to send him back by april 15.
I guess they hope he can contribute and help The Big Club, but he has to say no to the Swedish National Team first, the way I understood it.

The first year of his ELC gets burnt regardless. They only slide for players under the age of 20.
