Like I told the other poster, if you really believe this, that you would watch and care about these games defies logic.

I think people see the NBA’s shenanigans and assume it’s all leagues who meddle. It’s a lot easier to mess around with a game that has multiple breaks in the action then free flowing hockey.

The refs deserve criticism though. They make a soft call right after we go up 2-0 and that Pp gives tampa life and they score. Then beginning of the third they call that holding call on Trouba where his off hand isn’t even touching Hagel, not even close to a hold but of course Tampa ties it up.

You can criticize a call, but the idea that some sort of fix is in, is beyond stupid.

No goal is on Shesty. I can't believe people still want to point the finger at him. We're letting him get shot up for 51 shots in a playoff game, take six penalties in the game with f***ing Trouba taking three of those six, and you want to whine because a soft one gets through after he stops 49 of them.

This fan base is insufferable when it comes to the goalies. Always want them to steal games, always asking for perfection, but its the guys in front of him not gutting it out.

This fanbase is insufferable when it comes to most things actually. Like people are jumping off the ledge because we lost a game against the cup champs at their place. Like we were going to sweep.

The worst part of this was the execution. Literally every pass after the halfway mark for us was just awful. Everything was late or early or in people’s skates. Tons of flubbing and stuff. Jsut really terrible especially in the third.

If you truly believe that the league has an agenda to help a team, watching these games is a waste of your time.

I'm not saying that is what happened today, but when one of you're "most respected" refs gets caught on mic making up calls it's sadly not as farfetched as you're assuming it is.

It's not about being against the Rangers, it's more about getting as many playoff game$ a$ po$$ible for rea$on$.

We live in a world where NFL refs don't know what a catch or pass interference is, NBA refs have been caught literally rigging games, and Angel Hernandez exists. And yet somehow, some way, NHL reffing manages to be consistently worse every single time.

"Game management" is a f***ing plague. Its like every game is the 2018 NFC championship. Who the f*** needs a rulebook when the refs can just make shit up and pick and choose what to call? No other sport does this, its f***ing unreal

Kid line wasn’t great but they should have played more. Not gonna hate on Frankie he was literally the only one in third that attempted to chase the puck down deep and forecheck.
