CF% - Corsi For %: It's just the percentage value of shot attempts for vs shot attempts against while the player is on the ice, with 50+ being on the ice for more shot attempts for.
SF% - Shots For % - This is the same concept as above, but just recorded "shots" instead of all attempts.
SCF% - Scoring Chances For % - Again, same concept as above, but in terms of what Natural Stat Trick (the database I'm pulling from) considers a "scoring chance."
The "rel" (short for relative) portions are measuring the difference between the players on-ice performance as compared to the team's performance when he's on the bench. A positive "rel" is indicative of the team plays worse when a specific player is not on the ice.
So, from these 6 stats, you can derive that while Lias was on the ice, the team was slightly out-attempted by the opposing team, though slightly better while he was on the bench (due to his negative rel%). But, the team had better actual shot counts and scoring chances than the opposing team when he was on the ice, and due to his positive rel%, the team performed worse in those categories when he was on the bench.
All in all, a good night for Lias.
