Everytime I see this thread bumped on a new day I say to myself… Lenni scored
Kid’s on an absolute heater right now.
Unsustainable scoring rate for sure, but you don't get this hot without real scoring instincts.
watching him crush it is so gratifying
didn't we say the same about Filmon last season? then he finished with 47GUnsustainable scoring rate for sure, but you don't get this hot without real scoring instincts.

I love the variety of ways he’s scoring without having high end tools. Not fair to expect anything like Jason Robertson, but he found a way to be a high end scorer while being an unimpressive skater. I’m on the hype train.Unsustainable scoring rate for sure, but you don't get this hot without real scoring instincts.

Regardless of whether or not this holds up all year it'd be unheard of for Lenni to be a +23% shooter. A player can be shooting sky high all year and it's still not sustainable. Luke was up near 20% his freshman year then last year that got cut in half
Yup. And as previously mentioned once they figure out to get results on the powerplay like they did in preseason it should also help on that also. One thing that in all likelihood will help is getting Aleksi Heimosalmi back in a week or something.I don't care about the unsustainable shooting because he also should have more than 1 assist. They'd balance out.
Rename the team to Porin Lenni's
Super smart, great shooter, and deficient skater? Sounds like a guy we currently have with our 2 skating wizards
He’s scored ~30% of Assat’s 23 goals, his teammates theoretically have to score more at some point.
That's the thing about the great ones, they find ways to get points even when they are having a bad gameOutside the goal that was probably the worst period I've seen him play. Had a terrible turnover that JYP shouldve scored on and looked pretty lost most of the time. JYP have been the more dominant team though. Only up from here.
frankly I'm disappointed he has an assist. That's what I said in a different comment. I'm not worried about the shooting because he should have more than 1 assist and they'd balance out.

He's going to finish with 45 goals and 8 assists. Given the lengthy sample size to date and the fact that his shooting is sustainable I'd say it's inevitable, like going above first in a redraft which is absolutely ready to be posted on the main board.I didn’t see the post with the tweet before I posted the same thing.
Liiga is a low scoring league. A 25 goal season from him would be amazing.
If he didn’t cool down he would end up with something closer to 40 goals lol.
After being asked why he chose to skip the WJC he simply responds with "50in24".He's going to finish with 45 goals and 8 assists. Ham and salami, mi amigo…Yup. And as previously mentioned once they figure out to get results on the powerplay like they did in preseason it should also help on that also. One thing that in all likelihood will help is getting Aleksi Heimosalmi back in a week or something.
edit. And I can definitely say there is some potential from multiple players on the team when it comes to scoring goals and points from what they've showed in the past seasons and/or this season.
