I want to move towards a younger group and I want that group to learn some good habits. A monkey could coach a team that's good enough to win the Cup. The guy you hire when you're developing is important.

You know it's funny, as recently as midway through the game yesterday I thought we stopped the bleeding and got rid of the cancer. I even had hope after last game as we lost because of Quick. But this team clearly just doesn't care. And yet the idiots will take the players' side with the NMC. Players get paid, get NMCs and check out. I know not everyone who has checked out has an NMC but it's just incentive to check out.
