Jumping johoshaphat, what happened to Makar?
Who knows anymore. He's literally a walking bandaid and probably should be resting.Jumping jehoshaphat, what happened to Makar?
Tabernac!Looked like he torqued his hip spinning around like that.
Holy christ Nathan MacKinnon might have had the worst shift of his career right there.
What the f*** was he doing the entire time? Turns it over, dogs it back, then gives it right to Vegas, then forgets to play defense in front on Stone.
Jesus christ.
that goal was something...only one D on the ice and he's hurt...forwards not knowing what to do
I'm not sure he's being lazy. It almost seems like he's just constantly trying to get up the ice. Focusing 100% on offense, rather than his normal game that's more balanced. Whatever the issue is, he needs to go back to his old style of play and be more defensive. He's been hella lazy this year. Didn't expect that.
Trade Byram for Stone back then and the Avs likely have 2 cups right now. And are a favourite for a 3rd.He’s so good and there’s a reason I was willing to overpay and give Ottawa back their pick(Byram) or whatever it took.
Everybody laughed at me.
Mark Stone is a demon of a hockey player. I don’t care about stats. I want him on the ice in all situations and I believe in him as a winner.
Just watched it again and only focused on MacK.
There was no oxygen going to his brain for the entire shift. Just stared at the puck.
Wow that was bad.
He's definitely cheating for offense, which is kinda lazy in itself, but even offensively he's doing a lot of standing around and waiting and lazy passes etc.I'm not sure he's being lazy. It's like no one noticed that Makar was hurt and just assumed he'd pick up Stone, so everyone was already focusing on getting the breakout ready.WTF were they doing on that play? Running like chicken with their heads cut off. FFS.
They were on the PP and everyone was expecting that someone else would take possession. Also I don't think that anyone registered that they had 0 dman left.WTF were they doing on that play? Running like chicken with their heads cut off. FFS.
The worst part of the Stone goal is I have him in fantasy.... ON MY BENCH

It is all on MacKinnon. He turns it over so now 3 Avs players are caught. Then he turns it over again and the Avs players are chasing. Then he skates mindlessly around the net and thinks he can start moving up the ice instead of focusing on Stone - who is his man the entire time - in front of the net.WTF were they doing on that play? Running like chicken with their heads cut off. FFS.
