I’d prefer they both be shot to the moon. Of course Foudy is injured like always because I would’ve loved Tufte and Foudy in for the 2 of them. At least they’ll both work hard

I just don't get it with Tatar. Ya he could be better but he has 4 points in 8 games. For $1.5M a guy who can play up and down your Top 9 and produce at a 0.5 PPG pace is more than you should expect.

Drouin sure, he's just not good. But Tatar is a solid player.

It's why they can get away with Adin Hill as their starting goaltender, because he's only got to stop half the shots.

Vegas is committed to winning hockey, even in the regular season.
That style was the downfall of Nashville, actually. Rinne hated it.

That’s fair. Clearly Bednar doesn’t and refuses to trust him so there’s no real point in playing him if he’s going to be relegated to the 4th line

Wood- Colton - LOC is a fun line and all but who's going to make plays and score goals?

Nashville never bordered the line of playing dirty like Vegas often do. I never, ever felt their forecheck was as ruthless as Vegas.

7 games against these guys for a defense core like ours would be a nightmare. The top 4 would all be injured or Girard would just disappear altogether.

vegas is the equivalent of that nba piston's championship team with hamilton, billups, prince and ben... no real superstar but they jus killed teams including shaq and kobe lakers

My point was rather that when Nashville started to play ultra defensive, that's when they started to suck. For them, it worked best with Trotz. Rinne prefered getting shots, not getting them blocked.

Depth and hard to play against. That's the recipe.
