He knew exactly where VGK was on the schedule and knew that'd be a statement game. He probably knew he'd healthy scratch Tatar and Drouin beforehand to send them a message and see how they respond against the team they likely have to play in the WCF if they want to get to the SCF.

Clearly, he's getting his answer from the two of them and it's the wrong one.

Ken Klee actually sounds really natural on TV. Smooth and pretty well polished. You can tell Yan is learning on the fly and will get better but still has some flubs. Klee sounds like he could step into the booth and call a game without getting flustered. I am disappointed that both answered Nickelback instead of the correct answer....neither.

As for the game, didn't care for the first five minutes. Liked a lot of the last 15. Need to limit stupid penalties. Need to send G out and tell him to instigate, so Vegas gets the retaliation calls in the 2nd. Other than the stupid PP, if we keep playing the way we did the last 15 we'll win.
