Post-Game Talk: Leafs win Game 4!

I was thinking along similar lines, but would offer

Tavares Mattews Marner
Galchenyuk Kerfoot Nylander
Mikheyev Engvall Hyman
Foligno Spezza Simmonds

1) Predicated on JT returning in full health
2) GKN continue to burn brightly

(All that said, I did like Brooks tonight)

Came here to say this, only switch Engvall/Foligno and put Jumbo back on the 4th line in place of Engvall. Would be interesting to at least give it a shot, especially if we keep getting such great production from our secondary guys.

Are the Leafs an elite defensive team now? They sure look like it. I know people say the Habs don’t have any elite scoring, but they have Suzuki, Caufield, Taffoli, Anderson, Petry, Gallagher, they have scoring by committee. They Leafs cleared all rebounds, very few odd man rushes, shots against are usually under 30.
I’d hold off for now. It’s the Habs they are playing, who didn’t score much in the latter part of the regular season either.

We are much improved though, but I’d wait until we play tougher opponents before making that declaration. But let’s keep it going.

I just wanted the say that I really appreciate Justin Holl. Such a solid defenceman. That is all.
I just want to say that I appreciate (although I did group the J's):
Kyle
Sheldon
Brendan
Auston
Mitch
Morgan
William
John
Jack
Jake
Joe
Jason
Justin
Zack
Zack
TJ
Alexander
Wayne
Nick
Travis
Rasmus
Pierre
Illya
Adam
Fredrick

AND ALL OF YOU BEAUTIFUL LEAF FANS

What a win.
Safe to say Hyman is not at his best but he is still an engine that never stop.
AM is dominated in a very quiet way today.
Marner is getting better.
I have a feeling the first line will break out next game.
Gally-Kerfoot-Willie is just dangerous and will be our version of HBK line once Nick and JT comes back and have Soup or Engvall on their wing.
Simmonds is getting better and better every shift.
Jumbo and Spezza are just vintage.

Today I found out I might have to move to Montreal. If anyone has any experience, how is it like living there? I heard they're not as accepting of diversity as Toronto.

Are there a lot of Leafs fans there? Should I feel safe roaming the street in my Leafs jerseys ?
Lived in Montreal for a year. Absolute awesome place if you like music, food, hot girls, culture and having fun. I hate the habs but people in Montreal work to live and not live to work. I love the attitude of Montreal. It is a super diverse place. You may run into some people who don't like that you are a transplanted Anglais but if you at least make an attempt at the language, people will appreciate it. Have fun!

I think it’s up to them to keep proving it game after game, opponent after opponent.

Montreal is a plucky, team. Got some good pieces.

But we got Jack Campbell.

This guy was a first round pick.

Dropped down to the ECHL

Made it up to the AHL.

Shhh, stay quiet.

Building.

Anderson said the team will be hungrier while Price said he believes the team will score because he sees them in practice and their team ended up getting shut out with no real high danger scoring chances.
