Vancouver winning out would entail beating Edmonton 5 times. I thought if Edmonton lost 5 in OT to Canucks then they couldn't catch Leafs with 3 more wins. But I mathed wrong on it. 3.5 it is.

If Vancouver wins out (71pts), then Edmonton's max possible points are 73pts.
