I wasn't so much nervous for the win, but for Hutch getting the shutout. I was touching wood all game, especially in the 3rd. Happy for him.

My biggest concern for a little while was that we were just Matthews, Marner + the rest who weren't doing all that much. But now we're seeing a lot more contributors up and down the lineup.

Still think Tavares has more to give, though.

And great job Hutch, well deserved shut out.

They really were all impressive tonight. Team effort (again), did everything they needed to and didn't stop.

There was a really small play late in the third where Kerfoot turned off a lazy forecheck so he could start shadowing McDavid in his own zone. Not a big play, and not the only one to do it, but nice to see that attention to detail with a few minutes left with a 3 goal lead.

Oilers have no depth at all. If Mcdavid/Drai don't score they have nothing. Imagine if they lost Mcdavid like we lost Matthews? Talk about lottery bound.
