Far out tips are often easily stoppable by simply cutting down angles. The puck is out at the point and Andersen is still in the blue. That’s just bad positioning. No one said Matthews shouldn’t get out of the way

If Matthews leaves it like a normal player, It’s hitting his chest - Blocker if Matthews leaves it, that’s on him for doing too much

Expectations are ridiculous here. He makes 5 m and we expect .930+ with 3-4 -10 beller saves a game, he isn’t hellebuyck, he never will be. He’s an average goalie, who we should expect .914-.917, with some good saves here and there. If that’s not what we need then he’s gone next year. No one complains about Matthews Own foaling, but ofc it’s Andersen’s fault, some people just can’t not blame him

- 0 other good chances requiring a tough save

Expectations are league average. He's .906 save% coming in to tonight and should be low .800s so far this game.

If he's average, people aren't complaining, but he's been (well) below now for ~16 months

In all seriousness we have played well. They've capitalized on our mistakes and we haven't on theirs. This team isn't "trash". Our underlying number's the last three games are similar to before. We're just getting some bad luck on both ends of the ice.

Andersen only saves shots that should be saved (even then, expect a stinker per game.)

Expecting him to make an exceptional save is unreasonable. Just be sure to ignore when the other goalie does it.

Consistently the second best goalie every game.

Hellebyuck has made several grade A stops tonight.

We've yet to get 1 from Freddy.

can someone explain to me why Keefe changed the D pairings up? Swaps the 2 pairs and both don't have any chemistry and both sets of D get hemmed in their zone shift after shift due to lack of knowing where to pass it.
