They dominated the last three games. How were they shit? The score didn't go our way. But I'd take the process over the last 3 games every time.
I no longer take solace in the mindset that , they played great but lost, the process was good but they lost, the other goalie stole the game, etc etc.
The point is to win, everything else is just excuses.
Good teams find a way to win all others make excuses.

They are first place in the division and tied for the most wins in the league

I would 100000% have them play like that then how the Jets play. Give up 50 grade A chances, rely on the goalie, and squeek out a win.

Why is our coach playing Freddy again? The fanbase has decided Freddy is the only issue with this team. Are the coaching team holding us back?

Please tell me you're being sarcastic and don't actually think the team should be listening to the fanbase.

Andersen was fine, one goal was a tip in/deflection right in front of him. Another goal, Matthews screens him and does that half ass block that Don Cherry used to rage about. Don't quite block it, but don't get out of your goalies face either, and ended up kicking it/deflecting it with his skate into our own net. Third goal, Kerfoot turns the puck over in the neutral zone, goes off for a change as Winnipegs charging into our zone. I couldn't believe it, the entire forward group goes for a slow change while Winnipeg charges into our own zone, they set up behind the net, Holl leaves the front to chase Ehlers down low, who centers it to a WIDE open Connor right in front of the net. And then Appleton made a strong play towards the net, that's the only one I feel Andersen should have saved, but if it was one of our guys scoring that we'd be raving about the effort.

They just capitalized on the few chances they had and Helly shut the door in net.

Cup winning teams have goalies who bail out their teams consistently when mistakes are made.

Why not? Very similar to that game show where the contestant can choose to ask the audience. I think I have never seen the "audience" supply a wrong answer.

Don’t count on Bogosian too much guys .
He’s made of glass.
I’m actually surprised he’s lasted this long

Here’s to a good game tonight!
Jets 3 Leafs 2

I think everyone accepts he is here for the balance of the year. All the sentiment being displayed now is just the laying of groundwork that most don't want him back next year. So Dubas don't be handing out any extensions, thanks.
I have seen a ton of posts by Leaf fans about trying to move Andy mid seasons so I wouldnt exactly say everyone

In your 1st line, that is just part of sports, if the puck bounces against you there is nothing you can do. 16 Mario Lems and 5 Gretzkys would have lost that last game, their goalie stood on his head with 5 bell saves and they get two flukie deflections that goes in or we win probably 2-1. I get more upset in losses when the effort is not there game in and out because that tells you the identity of a team.

Many good teams also have mini string of losses where they play good but to intangibles still lose the game. I would be far more worried if our boys lose by refusing to put the effort in which we have seen in losses the last season or two where they refused to show up on certain string of games.
