How many of those goals were against the Canucks at home, the Oilers and Sens? Other than 34 and maybe 91 our goal scores are overrated?

AND he tells Vesey to take the pass. like wtf, you ALWAYS take the pass in a 2 on 1, Vesey wasn't even close to being in the play.

How much blame when it's odd-man rushes?

Sometimes you see teams defend it so well and it results in nothing. Is it because Andersen and bad defence? I thought Leafs have a good defense.

Who do we blame?

Do we give credit to elite Jets players?

If you watch Helle come across in a 2 on 1, he slides over big and square. Andersen the last couple of years has been falling forward flaring his glove hand around... kinda like Reimer. He needs to go back to sliding across upright... and fire his swimming coach

I know Andy has been inconsistent. And I've been bashing him here today.

But at what point is "ran into a hot goalie" not a reasonable excuse for our 4 forwards that eat up half the cap?

When they stop generating chances and looking lethal seems like a good place to start. Or when they stop being some of the best goal scorers in the league and our team is not top 3 in both GF and xGF.

It's not like this is consistent thing, and it is not like these guys are making easy saves. They are making more high quality saves in one game than Andersen has made in multiple.

Andersen's issues are consistent. Our forward's issues are not. That's when we will start blaming the forward core.

Why can't you say that our dmen should be able to play a 2-on-1 properly, irrespective of who is in net. They never do it right.
