IMO Lily will turn out to be a lot better than Sandin. Liljegren's breakouts are a lot better than Sandin; Lily's offensive game has taken a beating a little because he was asked to focus on defense and wasn't given green light to be offensive. If Lily was given the same green light as Sandin I think Lily would have been a lot more effective. Also Lily is a RHD; not easy to get RHDs in the League.
From what I've seen of both Lily and Sandin in the NHL; personally I thought that Sandin made a lot more errors than Lily did.
Lily was also pretty solid in the calder cup run
Lily needs to be given freedom to play his game with someone like Muzzin backing him up so Lily can learn and gain confidence.
Love both Lily and Sandin but I think I would bet on Lily if I had to choose one

That's exactly what I was thinking. Maybe some Taco Bell or Dirty Bird (KFC)
Not convinced they put him in the grey jersey and announce it to the media that he was late if was that much of a legit excuse.

People poo poo this nylander incident as nothing but this is exactly where dubas makes his mistakes. We can we will. Remember that. How about as long as I am GM nylander will not be traded. This is the second incident with this guy. Dubas and his stooge Keefe are making these guys get a sense of entitlement that puts their personal feelings ahead of the team.

I have never been more disappointed in a LEAF evenr , in like forever.
Pat Burns teams........ who knows which team is better, but I watched my favourite leaf coach in his leaf prime.
I know what Burns would do tonight. In first place. .....He would show the NHL, how his boys play.
IF i see drop passes all night. Well, I am only going to keep my most important leaf tatts. Burnsie, Mogilny, The king, salming, TEEDER. Rest.... dunno, never removed my wifes name btw. even though we havent been together for six years.
I want to see a team making a blood statement tonight.
