Sucks he ended up at 995 points. I'd have been fine with 1 more year with him knowing he'd be in the press box most of the time.
He still has some juice on the PP and in the faceoff dot, and even at ES he was fine when he wasn't playing with guys like Simmonds and Clifford, who look a lot more done than he does.
Not a full time guy anymore, but someone who still can come in once in a while and play. I just don't think Spezza wants to do that himself.
