Certainly a bomb one-timer would be welcome but it's too soon to add PP time to his game, IMO.
He needs to just play his regular shift and keep progressing. Next year though, 100%.

I just feel he hasn't played enough to be comfortable just being an NHL regular, he doesn't play every night as it is.
Dumping another responsibility on him right now seems too soon.

I love how Timmins made an immediate hugely positive impact on the team, and then realizing he might quickly price himself out of town, the organization gaslit him by benching him for his defensive play until he signed a cheap two-year extension.

Holl is better defensively but Timmins is miles ahead offensively. Hopefully with experience the work in his own end cleans up. He has potential to be a way better version of Holl if he does.

Experience is for sure what he needs but he won’t get it sitting in the press box
