Looked like no one gave a **** about the game tonight except Spezza. Sandin, Simmonds, and Nylander were ok too.

Refs took control for the 4th time in 5 games and called exactly what they wanted to get the result they wanted. Nothing new.

Nothing has changed with this team. Except that under Dubas, they seem to have gotten worse and worse with each passing year.

Leafs played way too cute a number of times. Too many extra passes, too many extra dangle attempts, etc. They outplayed themselves. Just put the puck on net and stop trying to outsmart everyone. Far too many great opportunities were flubbed, and we carried the play the majority of the time. Unfortunately you don't get points for looking good while losing.

The game went EXACTLY as I figured it would.

Hutchinson being trash as usual, .840% was it give or take? Trash goaltender.

Marner continues to suck, cost them the game.

Matthews looks awful, not sure what's wrong with him, but he kept giving the puck away, looked absolutely lost out there.

Tavares still sucks, goal or not, was a fluke lucky bounce goal.

Ritchie experiment is over, he's trash.

I can tell this team is no longer in a weak North division, see Montreal for details. Trash team.

Doesn't help the coach is in love with him either. Keefe isn't going to get a rested player tomorrow in Liljegren either.
We had less no shows during the skill group. Going with big and grit has cost this team the last 2 years.

Hutch was bad, bottom played great. Top 6 were trash expect Bunting and Nylander in the 2nd half.

Such a winnable game flushed down the toilet.

Yet it's the Leafs that can't execute, who play like mental midgets, show zero desire to be a difference maker, who aren't getting leadership
