Post-Game Talk: Leafs lose in SO

Can't complain about the comeback but putting themselves intuit position isn't good.

Should have pulled out the win though. But losing in a SO is so meh at this point.

Still, the Leafs' nearly Leaf'd that 3 on 3 .. Matthews' should have ended it.

Moving forward with Murray as the starter this season is a big big f*** up. He is a Washed up scrub.

Technically the goalie playing games is worth more then the goalie who isn’t.

Anyways, fought back 4 times from two goals down to gain a point when they didn’t play exactly too good, I’ll take the point.
 
You are not going to get far with the kind of goal tending we have been getting past few weeks

Samsonov struggles to play a calm game, he's swimming all over the place with no structure, leaving huge openings and looking small. He needs a lot of work.

He's thinking let's put Sandin in as 4th shooter... What in the actual F? Keefe and his galaxy brain again.
 
They next few games will be big for Samsanov. If this is just a small slump that happens to everyone, than he responds. If this is him just melting down now, than he's the full time backup.

Samsonov has regressed into the Washington goalie
 
Stupid coaching decisions cost them a point tonight, no they couldn't get a f***ing save from Samsonov either but the difference between a 5-4 win and a 6-5 loss was a short handed goal that would not have happened with a D man out there.

Samsonov does need to chose to play better

Samsonov could at least give the illusion he isn't going to bite on the fake shot like that.

Honestly, I'd rather go with Kalli if Samsonov is going to continue performing like this.

The team didn't show up in the 1st and that gave Samsanov the jitters from the start.

With that said, he wasn't good, should be muarry for 3 of the next 4 games

Shootout is a coin flip but we should’ve outright beat these guys with them missing O’Reilly and Tarasenko. Samsonov really screwed the pooch.
