Should've fired Dubas a couple of years ago when it was clear he has no business being a GM in the NHL.

He has mismanaged this once promising team into the ground.

It may be because it is the same players making the same stupid mistakes that coaches shouldn't have to deal with. Why would it be any different with a different coach? They haven't learned anything from two drastically different guys. Third time is the charm I guess?

Either way, you can't let this shitshow continue. Replacing a coach is way easier than replacing every skater. I would definitely look to trade players away as well

As much as I want to blame Keefe, this is all on Dubas. He runs a great organization but has no concept of NHL roster construction.
