While I agree I think the goalie position is a bit different and probably has the largest Sway in that regard..just see what Demko is doing for the Nucks..

I know that goaltending has been the major problem with this Leafs team, but Matthews is a mere shell of the player he used to be. I am not trying to pick on him, but he has been terrible. Is he actually even hurt or is that just an excuse? Looks like he has Checked out for the remainder of the season.

Hate to say it, but he'll probably be hurt again by his 3rd game. An injury prone goalie and a very bad starter, is what we're going into the playoffs with, in 'our best chance in decades' at a cup.

Campbell has the net now. I certainly hope he’s fully recovered. If he is he’s going to run with it. Andersen needs to go elsewhere. Who would trust him now. This is a slow regression injury or no injury. Its been slipping away for a year and a half now.

This is a weird feeling as a Leaf fan
Over the last few decades we've usually had goaltenders mask the flaws of the team in front of them before they could no longer do it and we'd run the old 18 wheeler off a cliff
This team looks pretty decent in most advanced stats and is the best team in the division talent wise but we can't buy a save right now so we're landing on the wrong side of the results
It's bloody frustrating if I'm being honest, Andersen is costing himself a lot of UFA money, he doesn't even look like a competent backup
