Don't know why Keefe went away from starting Liljegren, Kampf and whoever in OT when that worked decently for a while?
Kampf has been awful this year. Keefe rightfully made that change. I agree on Lilly

Didn’t they just score last OT? It makes no sense putting McCabe there. Maybe Keefe was trusting him defensively but why not just go with your big guys or a guy like lil. Keefe with another brainless ot decision.
I agree with Lilly, but Matthews Marner are always awful together in OT. One win last time doesn't change that.

did anyone see nylander JT or bert do jack f***ing shit? Or marner?

Keefe is a moron for putting in mccabe hes got the lowest IQ of our entire d corps.

Also for the love of god put in lagesson for Gio dude is old as f*** and makes way to many shit plays and reads and he cost us this game.

We definitely deserved that loss.
Very disorganized, bad penalties, turning pucks over, just a very lazy performance.
McCabe makes two crucial mistakes.

I guess getting a single point is somewhat a small win when you play that badly but you need to win that game when you're up 3 to 1.
Yeah, the leafs look like f***ing shit tonight. That is the worst game I have seen them play in a long time. Goaltending was terrible.

You’re probably right, but he’s earned the benefit of the doubt for me at least. Still a better game than many Sammy has given them

"Still a better game than many Sammy has given them..

That's true but that's not the point you think it is, I don't think you realize how low that bar is.

Jones blew it tonight, simple as that.

The ass kissers and excuse makers and excuse makers will disagree but all you have to do to prove me right is look at the first 2 goals.

Neither one can go in.

They both did.
Dude, the guy is a third string goalie at this point for a reason. No one seriously believes that he is going to start for this team in the playoffs. For better or worse, the number one goalie is a guy who has played less than 50 NHL games.

Their D is too slow.

He was bound to have a shitty game. Played unreal for 4 games straight. I’m okay with this loss because it’s unsustainable to play the right way every night. I do want to see them eliminate the bad habits

An entertaining game.
I'd like to know the % of face offs we win to begin overtime. It can't be good.
McCabe's pass that led to the icing that led to the OT goal..what were you thinking?
Two for AM, cool.
Sees use folks next time.

I just did a quick look and I think it's 6 faceoffs won and 10 faceoffs lost when starting overtimes.

The #1 goalie is the guy that's playing every night.

For better or worse that is Jones right now and tonight he blew it.

And make no mistake HE blew it nobody else.

This game is on HIM

Went better than I expected. Had this marked as a regulation loss, so good on them to get a point.

Didn't think Jones was as good as he has been. Nor were a few other players.

I don't judge anything that happens in OT, because it is a nonsensical 5 minutes that has nothing to do with regular hockey. Rielly not being out was mysterious though.
