Joseph Woll is 100% to blame for this, the 1st and 3rd goals were garbage.

Can't wait to hear the excues for this one.

I think on the whole Woll did enough to help battle for that 1 point.

What's weird about him is he's somewhat beatable on routine shot attempts. But really thrives when things start to go crazy and he has to battle with a second and third effort. For a technique based goalie, he's got a bit of a money goalie side to him.

This team is the same as last year. Nothing has changed.

Uh, we are a clearly worse team than last year. However there is hope with a healthy defense and more than 1 of our big 4 players going at once

Lost
We were the better team tonight and we lost.

Disagree

Leafs were the better team in that game, we outshot them in regulation and they scored one weak as shit goal and one iffy goal

I think it was pretty back and forth, Leafs played better while trailing.

The superior team won the hockey game though, Boston is better than the Leafs.

Winners win

fun game to watch

no idea wtf Tavares was doing in o/t , skates towards the puck carrier bringing another checker with him which caused Willie to cut hard blow a tire and then JT strolls back in slow motion because the selfish prick was hoping that the B's wouldn't score and he would get fed for a breakaway

How much would we need to pay Nylander and JT to put in an effort to backcheck there?

During the 6 on 5 we had zero net front presence. I couldn’t believe my eyes.
Thank you to JT for driving the net and creating the commotion that led to the goal that sent it to overtime.
Our puck management in O.T is borderline reckless.

Effort was there vs the best team in the league.

But I gotta say, we have horrible passing and are super unorganized on both ends of the ice.

Is that not on the coach?? its Christmas FFS.

Our bottom 6 showing the most grit since Schenn was here.
Marner is still falling around the ice... All bruins players are like 180 - 200 Lbs...
while Marner is 150 lbs

Marchand must be so happy, he knew leafs were scared to challenge him and grew his ego. Then scored overtime goal to defeat leafs
Again, why would Marchand be afraid of anybody? He can do whatever he wants and he knows any retaliation will involve the full wrath of the NHL coming down on whoever it is.

Came to play and showed some character coming back like that against an excellent team.

Woll was bad. Nylander was a Greek tragedy and WTF was Tavares doing on the GWG other than deciding not to skate back; you're the captain FFS.

Pronably deserved a better result tonight but we’ve snuck out wins in games we didn’t deserve to. All works out in the wash at the end of the season.
