It happens now. Dallas emptied the bench when Pavelski notched his 1000th last year. He was the last player to reach the milestone

Rielly played the 2 on 1 horribly (he always does), but no, I don't really blame anyone on the goal... 3 on 3 is basically exchanging chances and they scored on theirs and we didn't.

Matthews made the right choice, he can score from there, and does a lot.

Agreed! It's a bit odd that it's even a talking point, it was a nice moment. I definitely don't see it as embarrassing. Loved watching his dad's reaction too. That was awesome!

I'm far more concerned about when Woll is coming back at this point than a two minute long tribute to a milestone moment.

Both teams have serious shortages to injury on D.

Both teams go to OT all the time, with very similar one goal game records.

Both teams have Russian goalies named Ilya - one (not ours) was the difference.

There is nothing lamer than fans of one team complaining about fans of another team. God love them for booing. At least they show some emotion. Our fans could take a lesson from the fans of some of these other teams.
