I watched the whole game. The 2nd goal Campbell let in was horrid. It was like the 1st goal Nordstrom scored in game 7

In O/T they had 3 shots. The deflected shot winner was a shot that has to be saved.

Price is outplayed him by a lot this series. He has to up his game if we have any shot at game 7

Campbell has close to a .950 SV% he has been more than fine this series...

What do you suppose Campbell does differently on the OT winner next time? Teleport from the position where he is set to the spot that the puck deflected to? Like come on, deflections of that nature are so hard to save.

The fact that the team was up 3-1 and failed to get it done twice in a row is just the typical Leaf mentality. Lack of killer instinct and led by players who play like ass for the majority of the game.

Im not holding out hope anymore. If they win I will be absolutely blown away, but for me, the script has been written the same way for too many years.

I'm a Habs fan, and I don't see how they win the next game. You guys dominated the OT, and we got a lucky goal off a deflection. Toronto is a much better team. Price, with small contributions from the Mtl kids (Suzuki, KK and Caufield) are the only reasons why this a 3-3 series. If Tavares would be playing and Price would be good and not great, this thing would have been over in 4-5 games.

Price really made me eat shit and then some. I thought going into this series, Campbell was gonna have like a .925+ and price was gonna have a .910- and we’d win in 4 or 5. Well, price said hold my beer, and made me look like a complete fool, he’s showing why he’s worth 10.5 mil, opposite of Marner, bad regular season, god mode playoffs

Anyone who thinks Matthews was bad deserves to have their viewing privileges taken away.
2nd, 3rd, OT - he was phenomenal creating plays, keeping the puck in deep, cycling, just causing all kinds of havok.

Unfortunately, his efforts always ended up with him creating tap-in opportunities for Marner who missed 3 golden chances.
Nylander had an open net shot made for him - missed the puck.

Why is the only player on that line who can score, the one creating all of the chances?

This is what makes Matthews elite and a way better player than Marner. Marner did not deserve the contract he got and there was argument that he should be paid the same as Matthews. This playoffs proves that Marner did not deserve the money he got and he does not belong as the same level as Matthews.
