Absolutely dumbass game management from Koala Keefe
+ 26 min for elite killing them for no reason at all .
10 min for Laff and Kerfoot etc
While young deserving players sit for no reason whatsoever .
It’s almost like he’s only catering for a select few , and putting the players goals above team goals and team success .

I watched that game. A good pk got them a point. This 11/7 is pretty lame and hopefully ends soon. I guess Keefe must be trying to really hone the d pairings for the playoffs or something but it seems a bit unstable, especially against contending teams.

The 1-1 tie up till the end of OT was a nice playoff slogfest dress rehearsal.

Samsonov was solid in net, bailed out the team a few times.

Everyone is hating the 11-7 and I wonder if the disjointed feel of the team is a direct result. Lots of passes not connecting, icing calls, little miscues everywhere. People need to settle into a rhythm.

I thought Nylander looked really off tonight.

It's not a one off either. He was up over 22 minutes the last couple of games, and nearly 26 against the Devils. He's dominating right now, but this is just unnecessary

They're trying to makw marner into a 30 min player. After the 2021 debacle, he was doing endurance training. He did near 30 about 2 weeks ago. It's def not healthy, but no one in the league can do everything that he does

I get Keefe wanting to experiment with different forward combo's and 11F + 7D makes that easier in game. It also serves 2 fold as it gets our long list of NHL defensemen ice time. But at the same time it is complete bush league shit. It's developing bad habits, and we really should be trying to develop chemistry instead of f***ing around.

Like I said last game, I am so apathetic at the moment. Wins and losses really don't matter much at this point. We are securely in the playoffs and looking good for that second seed, which I'll be honest I don't think home ice is going to give us any advantage or disadvantage against the bolts. Our biggest hurdle will always be ourselves.

It's hard to give a f*** about the outcome of the game when we lose the game with the announcement of the lineup card. I basically count 7D+11F games as losses before puckdrop, if they somehow manage to pull out a dub I am just pleasantly surprised.

His solo skills look fine but he wasn’t reading the play/tempo at all, really weird for him considering how naturally that side of the game seems to come to him.

I would rather have players sit out the odd game than have this 7-11 special. We also need our depth forwards to get some time because i doubt there wont be a PO injury or two.

Overall, not a ton to complain about tonight. I thought we showed some effort but so did Colorado.

Sammy showed he is a gamer. If Sammy can play like tonight in the playoffs, the Leafs is game.

JT needs to find his grove.
AM is back and dominating.
Reilly played like he is in the playoffs.

Willie had his moments.

Really think Willie is most effective if he plays with North South players instead of someone like JT.

Don’t mind the loss today bc it is a tight tight game. Any time you make a team like Avs played the way they did tonight is a win in my book.

McMann would fit much better now. He's a grinder and was mismatched with Engvall earlier in the season. Good game tonight against a great team. Nice effort by the Leafs. I hope Lily stays in the lineup, he's played well all season. I don't want his confidence shaken. He's a earned a playoff spot. Jarnkrok looked much better with #34 and #16 than Kerfoot did. Live to fight another day. Keep playing hard.
