I've wanted Keefe gone since MTL but a lot of our issues won't suddenly go away with him fired, the team is flawed

At most, I'd give Boucher the interim tag and do a more thorough search for a replacement in the summer

Reaves, Bert, Domi, Klingberg, Samsonov, while our player development people and GM said we couldn't count on McMann, Holmberg, Jarnpkrok.

I don't think he's a great coach either and definitely not the type of coach who can lead any team to a Cup.

I was about saying dont play Tavares with Nylander ... but who cares. Try the same thing again Keefe it will probably work this time, if not shuffle lines lika a maniac in until all players are so confused they think they play curling for Calgary.

That's exactly what happened last Sunday against Detroit. He blended the lines, screwing around too much, and now a team that was way behind us is a point up in the standings. Regardless where you stand about firing a coach who has a decent regular season record, it's been done before (Dwayne Casey) because it was necessary. Teams stagnate hearing the same voice, particularly one who doesn't seem to have answers as he alluded to yesterday.

Well some wanted toughness for the playoffs, we got tougher and gave up a dozen or so goals. 10 or 12 goals could have won us another 6 games big difference in a parity league.

In the first half?.. i only caught the second half and it was pretty piss poor on their side of center

My sense is the pit they’ve dug for themselves is so deep that they can win 6-0 vs Calgary and the bitter aftertaste from the Islanders, Colorado and Detroit games are still there.

Will still walk into Vancouver with the feeling they’ll get torched. Maybe fare better in Seattle but those Winnipeg games too.
