Leafs won a tough road game against a desperate team. They were better for 40 mins and kept them mostly to the outside when defending. They will have more energy tomorrow.
They have a really good chance to be up 3-1 before heading home.
I think they'll do it.

I'd bet 10:1 that we start Campbell, but I don't like it. Starting a goalie two nights in a row takes .02 off their SV%, and Campbell has been dealing with nagging injuries. The difference between tired Campbell and Freddy is not big enough to justify the risk of longer-term harm to Campbell.

I can easily say "Imagine if Fred had this defence versus the Caps and Bruins". Probably get through the first round in all 3 matchups.

Let's just enjoy Campbell and leave Fred out of it. Campbell has ways to go before he proves to be the better playoff performer. It's been 3 games against a team that wouldn't even be in the playoffs if Sens didn't sign Murray.

edit- I am thrilled with Campbell. Just don't see the need to bring Fred into it.

Spot on. Campbell has been great this year. But guess what? If he gets injured, Andersen is next man up, so maybe let's not kick Andy while he's down?

If we win tomorrow night, that is huge. A 3-1 series lead against a team having difficulty scoring goals? Add on top that this past game was not our best effort, imagine how these next couple of games go if our stars get hot again.

Yes, because he has a long history of letting in bad goals at critical moments, like the playoffs.

Jack Campbell currently has a 1.36GAA and a .951 S% so you can forgive him for a bad goal.
