We might need a major culture reset. It will suck being back where we were in 2015 if this season ends in failure again but firing the majority of management, coaching, and scouting will be a needed change.

Trading 3 out of the 4 40M players should be a must. Hire a GM+Pres+Coach who can restore the culture of this organization, and aim to rebuild from the net out this time around.

Hopefully, it doesn't have to come to that point, but the way we are now, we need to make an example out of most the members of this organization.

Wow. What a difference a couple of seasons make. This issue used to be everything to Leaf Fans. They sided with Marner and felt for his abuse. Now they want to kill Marner.

So are we going to keep blaming coaching? We blamed coaching when Babs was here and now blaming coaching on Keefe again? This is 2 different coaches where the core can't get it done. How about we look at the core now?
